Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are available in person and online for teenage and adult men, and online sessions are available for women. Most individuals attend sessions once per week.

Marriage Counseling
Marriage counseling is designed to strengthen a couple’s marriage and improve their communications skills. It is provided by an individual counselor who has been trained in fatherhood development and relationship skills, including communication, conflict management, expectations, and physical, emotional, and commitment safety.

Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling is 5 sessions for 50 minutes per session. It is designed help equip and prepare couples as they approach their wedding date. It is provided by an individual counselor who has been trained in relationship skills, including communication, conflict management, expectations, as well as, physical and emotional safety.

Church Training & Consultation
Trainings are usually done for 3-5 hours on an evening or Saturday morning. Consultations take place in the afternoons or evenings for 1-2 hours and include equipping, education, how to develop a culture of Biblical care, as well as assistance with counseling cases.
